Getting soaked in water under a hot sun is not an activity limited to children and adults. Water-loving pooches will have the opportunity to get wet and wild at an all-inclusive doggy pool party. The fourth annual Soggy Doggy Pool Party will be Sunday, Sept. 13, in the Splash Zone at the Frances Meadows Aquatic Center in Gainesville.
