While Christmas is eight weeks away, those wanting to create homemade crafts for the house can try out a craft class in Sautee Nacoochee. Well-known local gourd artist Sharon Fowler will help students make an Old-World Santa from a gourd Nov. 8 at the Sautee Nacoochee Center art studio. The class will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 283 Ga. 255 North in Sautee.
