The 12th annual concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 9, at the Brenau University Amphitheater near the intersection of Washington and Prior streets in downtown Gainesville. Gates open at 6 p.m.

Tickets are $300 for a table of six, $400 for a table of eight and $600 for a table of 10. Lawn seats are $25.

Rock in the Spring features local band Midlife Crisis, who headlines the concert each year.

A silent auction will feature items donated by local businesses. Among the auction items are gifts for women, children and getaway packages, just in time for Mother’s Day.

“It’s a great time of the year for an outdoor concert and I have been told that Midlife Crisis always puts on a fantastic show,” Challenged Child & Friends Executive Director Amy Gates said. “I understand that the community has always supported Rock in the Spring and it has become a wonderful annual tradition. I am really looking forward to my first Rock in the Spring.”
