Using a centuries old wire weaving technique, North Georgia residents can create their own unique sterling silver wire bracelet during a class in Sautee Nacoochee.

The Viking Knit Bracelet Class will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 14 and 28, at 283 Ga. 255, Sautee Nacoochee.

The fee is $45 for the four-hour class plus $22 fee for materials.

The minimum number of students is 3 with a maximum of 6. The class will be held in the SNC Central Hallway.

Jen Dick will teach students how to make a one-of-a-kind bracelet. Dating back to the 8th century, samples of this art have been found in many Scandinavian countries.
