Beginning May 1, the Bowen Center for the Arts will highlight two exceptional exhibits of more than 75 artworks by more than 30 artists.

Spring Fling with the Polka Dots & Friends kicked off its exhibit May 3. The seventh annual Art by the Young at Heart with Margie Weaver’s Senior Center Artists will hold its reception from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, May 9.

The Polka Dots & Friends include Ann Alexander, Cathy Ritch, Charlotte Sneed, Dede Collicott, Dru Stowers, George Ann Moore, Judy Black, Nona Stephens, Anne Brodie Hill, Deanna Hatfield, Debra Nadelhoffer and John Guernsey. Multiple artists from Dawsonville’s Margie Weaver Senior Center will also display their wonderful talents with artwork they have produced over the year during their weekly workshops.
