The society is headquartered in the general’s old Piedmont Hotel in Gainesville. The society maintains the hotel, offers tours and educational programming. The Society also hosts an annual seminar at various battlefields important to Longstreet’s story and publishes a newsletter and website, www.longstreet.org, focused on Longstreet’s life and military history.
