Ahoy, mateys — looking to scare up a little treasure this weekend? The Pirates of Lanier Poker Run is set for July 21, sponsored by the nonprofit Lanier Partners of North Georgia, Inc.Proceeds will go to benefit Camp Sunshine, a Georgia camp program for children with cancer, and to the Naval Special Warfare Kids providing financial assistance to children and spouses of U.S. military service members. The event begins at 10 a.m. Saturday.
