The Ferst Center for the Arts at Georgia Tech continues the 2010-2011 dance series with a performance by Nrityagram Dance Ensemble at 7 p.m. Sunday.

The performance will be followed by Dance Dialogues, a free post-performance audience discussion led by Ferst Center Director George Thompson. Dance Dialogues gives audience members the opportunity to meet the dance company and learn more about the performance they have just seen.

The radiant Nrityagram Dance Ensemble of India blends the classical dance forms of India with contemporary concepts. The company transports viewers with the sensuous flow of Odissi, the oldest of India's classical dance forms.

The Nrityagram Dance Ensemble is regarded worldwide as one of the foremost dance companies of India. Since its New York debut in 1996, it has toured the U.S. annually, performing sold-out shows from New York to Hawaii and Bozeman, Mont., to Key West, Fla. The ensemble has also performed in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Tickets are $28 and $38, with a special children's price of $20. The Dance Dialogues free post-performance discussion will begin immediately after the performance.
