The Dawson Community Chorale plans to kick off the holiday season this week with its annual winter concert. Sponsored by Bowen Center for the Arts, the concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Nov. 8, at First Baptist Church of Dawsonville, 900 Ga. 9 N, in Dawsonville. A reception will immediately follow.
