Student artists will have their moment in the spotlight as the 2016 White County Student Art Competition awards program and reception will convene Sunday, Feb. 21, at the Helen Arts & Heritage Center. “We are happy to host this event each year for our students,” Helen Arts Center President Nancy Ackerman said. “Helen Rotary and HAHC are thrilled for the opportunity to invest in our aspiring young artists while growing the artistic quality of White County and Northeast Georgia.
