With Halloween just a week away, many people are wondering what events are taking place and where they can trick or treat with their children. In Hall County, Gainesville Park and Recreation is holding its third annual Trick or Treat on the Trail from 3-5 p.m. Saturday on the Midtown Greenway at 682 Grove St. in Gainesville. “The event is unique in that it gives area children a safe place to trick or treat,” said Julie Butler Colombini, marketing director for the department.
