Christmas shoppers may fill their bags with items to stuff into stockings at the Helen’s sixth annual Christkindlmarkt on Nov. 29 through Dec. 1 and Dec. 7-8. In the German tradition, the center of town is filled with booths offering specialty gift items, decorations, assorted savory food, drinks and candied treats. Santa and Mrs. Claus Santa will make an appearance during Christkindlmarkt as they sleigh into town via horse-drawn carriage on Nov. 29.
