Steve Penley, one of America’s most celebrated artists emerging from the South, will be the featured guest at the 2015 Quinlan Visual Arts Center Fine Art Auction Gala. Penley is best known for his iconic portraits and signature painting techniques incorporating a unique style of bold color, strong brush strokes and vivid imagery. The Georgia artist studied at the University of Georgia in Athens and later at the School of Visual Arts in New York.
