Daddy Daughter dance brings three nights of bonding

Daddies and daughters have a different bond than fathers and sons. And the men of Hall County have the opportunity to show their daughters how special they are at the 15th annual Daddy Daughter dance.

The theme is “Under the Sea” with dinner and dancing from 6-8:30 p.m. on three separate nights in the ballroom of the Gainesville Civic Center. The dances are broken on different nights to accommodate the different ages of the girls. They are:

Feb. 24: sixth grade and higher

Feb. 26: third through fifth grades

Feb. 27: pre-kindergarten through second grade

Tickets are $50 per couple with $17.50 for an other siblings for city residents and $60 per couple plus $21 for siblings of nonresidents.

Registration deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20. Registering after that date has a late fee of $15 per couple. To register, visit www.gainesville.org/online-registration.
