The Art with Heart is an annual fundraiser for the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia from 7-11 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at the Chattahoochee Country Club at 3000 Club Drive in Gainesville. All proceeds benefit the organization’s rescue and adoption programs.

The artwork donated by renowned national and regional artists will be available for silent and live auction during the event. Non-art auction items/packages also will be available to bid on during the event.

It also will feature a signature piece created specifically for the event by Dennis Campay entitled “Coming Home.” Other special highlights include portraits of some of HSNEGA’s top rescues from 2016; local artist Amanda Carder painting live; and experience packages such as a NASCAR driving day and Kentucky bourbon-tasting trip.

“We are so grateful to the sponsors and supporters who’ve made Art with Heart our biggest fund- and friend-raiser,” HSNEGA Executive Director Julie Edwards said. “So many people tell us how they look forward to the event every year ... it really is a fun evening and the proceeds make a huge difference for at-need animals in our community.”

Tickets are $55 per person or $100 per couple. Tickets include heavy hor d’oeuvres and a complimentary wine bar sponsored by Barefoot Wine & Bubbly. Tickets can be purchased at www.HSNEGA.org.
