On April 20, the Holly Theater in Dahlonega will present an evening of songwriters in the round featuring Radford Windham, Kurt Thomas, Levi Lowry and Dahlonega’s own Amy Ray.

Ray, part of the Grammy award-winning folk duo Indigo Girls, continues to write and produce hits with her unique back-roads warmth.

Thomas, a Dahlonega native, has opened for some of the biggest names in country music and has written and produced several albums.

Windham, a lifelong musician and Dahlonega native, recently recorded his debut album “Step Back Cadillac,” a collection of stories based largely on the history of his hometown.

Lowry, with a deeply rooted family background in music, sings from the heart with his poignant honesty, both dark and light, drawing inspiration from his own struggles and triumphs.

The concert beings at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 20, at 69 W. Main St., in Dahlonega. Tickets are $27 to $35 and can be purchased at www.hollytheater.com.

This event will benefit Lumpkin County’s food pantries.
