Dan Nelson had an RBI double in the fifth inning and a grand slam in the sixth inning for the Triple-A Gwinnett Braves in a 10-5 win against the Toledo Mud Hens on Monday at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville.

Jordan Schafer added an RBI single in the third inning, scoring Nelson from third.

Wilkin Ramirez finished the game 3 for 3 with three runs scored and a double for Gwinnett. Shawn Bowman added three hits and two RBIs for the G-Braves.

Mauro Gomez added a solo home run in the eighth inning.

Gwinnett plays host to Toledo at 7:05 tonight at Coolray Field.
