The Gwinnett Braves lost to the Rochester Red Wings 2-0 on Thursday in Rochester, N.Y.

Kenshin Kawakami took the loss on the mound in his first decision since being sent down the minors. Kawakami give up five hits and one earned run while striking out three in three innings of work.

Wes Timmons, Barbaro Canizares and Brent Clevlen were the only G-Braves to have multiple hits, with two apiece.
Gwinnett will play host to Durham at 7:05 p.m. tonight.
