After falling 11-2 to Charlotte on Saturday night, the Triple-A Gwinnett Braves evened the score and earned a series split with a 6-2 victory over the Knights on Sunday at Coolray Field. Right-hander Jair Jurrjens was the story of the game, working eight solid innings for the win. A three-run first inning gave Jurrjens all the support he’d need to defeat the Knights.
