TOLEDO, OH – Jose Constanza’s sacrifice fly in the top of the 10th inning propelled the Gwinnett Braves to a 2-1 win over the Toledo Mud Hens on Sunday at Fifth-Third Field. It was the fourth win in a row for Gwinnett as they maintain a four-game lead over Charlotte for first place in the International League South Division. The game featured the first Triple-A start for former National League All Star Jair Jurrjens since being optioned from Atlanta to Gwinnett.
