G-Braves fall behind early, lose 8-6

The Gwinnett Braves dropped their third straight game Sunday, falling 8-6 to the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs in Allentown, Pa. 

The Iron Pigs scored four runs in the first inning off of Gwinnett starter J.J. Hoover (0-1), and the G-Braves never fully recovered.  Brandon Hicks went 3 for 4 and Daniel Nelson was 2 for 3 with a three-run homer to lead Gwinnett at the plate. 

Julio Teheran (3-0, 1.91) is slated to start for the G-Braves in Monday night's game at Lehigh Valley. First pitch is set for 7:05.
