Less than a month after leading the North Hall girls golf team to a second place finish in the Class 3A state championship, Lady Trojans golfer Mikayla Dubnik added more hardware to her collection.

In this week’s Georgia PGA Junior Championship — held from Monday to Wednesday at Chateau Elan in Braselton — Dubnik shot a 10-over 226, good enough to place second in the event. The result qualifies Dubnik for the Girls Junior PGA Championship, which will take place on July 9-12 at Keney Park Golf Course in Hartford, Connecticut.
