The NGA Tour was forced to cancel the Milton Martin Honda Classic on Sunday due to numerous weather delays and unplayable course conditions at the Chattahoochee Golf Course in Gainesville. “Unfortunately, due to the rainfall we had during the week, the committee felt like the conditions were nut suitable for the completion of the event,” NGA Tour Direct Jeff Harlow said in a statement. Nearly half the players in the field were unable to post second-round scores and, per the NGA Tour rulebook, a minimum of 36 holes must be completed for an event to be considered official.
