Ty McCormack, a recent North Hall graduate and current member of the Clemson University cross country team, won the Charlotte Invitational on Friday in Charlotte, N.C.

McCormack won the 8K race with a time of 24 minutes, 37.1 seconds.

This was McCormack’s second win in three collegiate events; he placed third in the other.
