Dawsonville native Mattie Brogdon has been named a competitor in the NCAA Rifle Championship to be held March 11-12 in Columbus.

A junior at Texas Christian University, this will be Brogdon’s third year competing in the championship. The first day of competition will be at the USAMU Poll Complex at Fort Benning, with the final round to be held at the Frank G. Lumpkin Jr. Center arena on the Columbus State University campus.
