The Luna’s Tuesday golf group played this week at the Orchard Golf Course in Clarkesville.

First place went to the team of Michael Gordy, Jimmy Harritos, Richard Strickland and Johnny Crumley. Second place went to the team of Gene Weschler, Tom Sexton, Johnny Nix and Don Rogers. Third place went to the team of Stan Davidson Jr, Anthony Barrett, Cleve Brown and Keith Fitzgerald.

Closest to the pin winners were Harritos (No. 2), Weschler (No. 7), Crumley (No. 11) and Sexton (No. 13).

The Chattahoochee Men’s Golf Association played a two best ball, net aggregate points game on Wednesday at Chattahoochee Golf Course.

First place went to the team of Joe Kolesar, Stu Virgin, J.B. Johnston and John T. Smith. Second place went to the team of Dick Bachman, Roy Lyle, Jim Carroll and Glynn Rogers. Third place went to the team of Harry Barnett, Ed Pledger, Eddie Johnson and Gary Palmer.

Closest to the pin winners were Palmer (No. 3), Johnston (No. 5), Don Sorrell (No. 12) and Carroll (No. 17).
