The Luna’s Tuesday Golf Group held their weekly match at Chicopee Woods Golf Course this week.

The team of Rob Emerson, Donnie C Smith, Steve Hill, and Juan Luna won first place. Sam McGee, Roger Stapp, Frank House, and Jerry Johns finished second. Dale Gross, Joe Campbell, Gerald Gailey, and Johnny Crumley finished third.

Closest to the pin winners were Gene Weschler (No. 4 & 8), Bob Norton (No. 7), and Don Smallwood, who scored a hole-in-one on No. 4

The Chattahoochee Men’s Golf Association held its monthly Individual Flighted Strokes competition Wednesday.

Paul Payne won first place in the White Tee First Flight. Gene Weschler, Buzz Hansen and A.J. Kiker tied for second.

Eddie Johnson won first place in the White Tee Second Flight. John Keyse came in second place and Bob Watson and George Clegg finished third and fourth respectively.

Clay Bartlett won first place in the Gold Tee Flight while Glay Bartlett finished second. John T. Smith and Jere Cochran tied for third.

Closest to the pin winners were George Clegg (No. 3), Bob Muldrow (No. 5), Pete Wedel (No. 12) and Jack Costello (No. 17).

A Wednesday Dog Fight was held at Chicopee Woods Golf Course on Wednesday.

The team of Roger Stapp, Tommy Calhoun, Jerry Horton, and Ronnie Crowe finished first. The team of Jeff Frasier, Ronnie Crowe, Mike Zeigler, and Richard Drye came in second.

Individually, Mark Black and Bob Arendt tied for first. Frasier finished third. Tommy Calhoun and Roger Stapp tied for fourth. Horton and Zeigler tied for sixth.
