Buford juniors Chelsie Thomas, Karly Fullem and Melissa Dickie, who have led the Wolves to the past three state championships, recently made commitments to college fastpitch softball programs.
Thomas, a third baseman, and Fullem, a pitcher/first baseman, both committed to Georgia Tech.
Dickie, also a pitcher, made a commitment to North Georgia College and State University.
Thomas has a career batting average of .361 with 41 RBIs, 101 runs scored and 58 stolen bases in 60 attempts. She is the daughter of Robin and Lamar Thomas.
Fullem is 35-5 in her Buford pitching career with a 1.02 ERA and 287 strikeouts, and also has 41 career RBIs and a .289 average. She is the daughter of Jill and David Fullem.
Dickie is 28-4 as a pitcher with a 0.62 ERA and 238 strikeouts. She is the daughter of Tammy and David Dickie.
