Ty McCormack, a North Hall High student, led a strong contingent of local runners at Saturday’s Footlocker South boys seeded race in Charlotte, NC.

McCormack finished 13th in the race with a time of 15 minutes, five seconds, and is now ranked 29th in the nation.

A trio of Flowery Branch students also placed in the top 200, inlcuding Kenny Slavik (131st, 16:22), Jeffery Valez (160th, 16:33), and A.J. Clendennin (195th, 17:05).
