The Riverside Military track team finished Thursday’s Region 8-A meet, which featured field event finals and preliminaries for track events, with a team total of 62.5 points in Athens. Jaures Bong won the high jump at 6 feet for Riverside Military, while teammate Daniel Bennett-Blake finished in second with a height of 5 feet, 10 inches. Bennett-Blake also took second place in the triple jump with a distance of 41-06.
