Sydney Cleveland posted a double-double with 27 points and 10 rebounds for the Lady Trojans as North Hall defeated Clarke Central 70-68 on Friday in Athens.

Sadie Cleveland notched 21 points and 11 rebounds for the Lady Trojans.

North Hall (1-0) faces Rabun County in the Piedmont College Tournament on Monday.

NORTH HALL BOYS 65, CLARKE CENTRAL 61: Sam Jackson scored 21 points for the Trojans in a comeback win on Friday in Athens.

Carson Heinen added 19 points for North Hall (1-0), 14 of which came in the fourth quarter. Brandon Williams notched 11 points, and Harrison Harper had 10.

The Trojans play Rabun County in the Piedmont College Tournament on Monday.

CHESTATEE BOYS 75, RIVER RIDGE 73 (2OT): Hunter Creamer paced the War Eagles with 21 points on Friday.

Jordan Pulliam added 20 points, and Donovan Hernandez had 13.

Chestatee plays host to Booker T. Washington at 2:30 p.m. today in Gainesville.

RIVER RIDGE GIRLS 50, CHESTATEE 45: Kayla Watson recorded 15 points for the Lady War Eagles on Friday.

Stephanie Briseno added 11 points, and Dawndria Bell had eight.

Chestatee (0-1) face Collins Hill at noon today at Jefferson High.

WESLEYAN BOYS 41, RIVERSIDE MILITARY 32: Chris Howard led the Eagles in scoring with 10 points on Friday.

Riverside Military led 20-14 at the half but couldn’t hold on to the lead, despite getting eight points from Wiley Burns and seven from Avery Cagle.

The Eagles are now 1-1 overall.

LUMPKIN COUNTY BOYS 69, TOWNS COUNTY 59: Jack Howard paced the Indians with 26 points on Friday.

Howard hit five 3-pointers in the game for Lumpkin County. Zack Pulley had 10 points.

The Indians (1-1) play host to Pinecrest Academy on Tuesday in Dahlonega.

FURTAH BOYS 46, NORTH GEORGIA CHRISTIAN 30: Norris Rettiger notched 17 points for the Chargers in the GRIT Tournament on Friday in Cumming.
