North Hall’s Dylan Lavender squeeze-bunted Austin Adams home in the bottom of the 11th inning with the bases loaded for a 4-3 non-region victory against North Forsyth on Saturday in Gainesville.

The Trojans connected for 11 hits, compared to North Forsyth’s seven. The result follows North Hall’s 4-3 win on Friday over Flowery Branch in nine innings Friday. Adams connected for three hits in his six at-bats, while Caleb Clark had two hits.

Reese Olson (six innings pitched, six hits allowed) started for the Trojans. Jackson Latty, Corban Meeler and Clark all contributed in relief.

Trailing 3-1, North Hall scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth to stay alive until Lavender’s play allowed Adams to tag safely five innings later.
