Juan Morfin scored all of Johnson’s goals in a 3-2 win against Flowery Branch on Friday in Oakwood.

Chris Henry, Ariel Mejia and Ruben Castro each had an assist for the Knights (4-2, 1-1 Region 7-AAA).
Josh Martin finished with nine saves in goal for Johnson.

Johnson plays host to White County at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Billy Ellis Memorial.

GAINESVILLE GIRLS 5, EAST HALL 1: Maggie Norton scored a pair of goals for the Lady Red Elephants (4-1, 2-1 Region 7-AAA) on Friday at East Hall. Mary Catherine Dempsey had a goal and an assist for Gainesville.

Natalie Allen and Adriana Jaimes each scored a goal for the Lady Red Elephants.

Gainesville plays host to Creekview at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Park.

RIVERSIDE 5, LAKEVIEW ACADEMY 1 (THURSDAY): Generating 18 shots on goal and holding Lakeview to only three shots on goal, Riverside dominated a soggy match on Thursday in Gainesville.

Daniel Arenas, Weijie Fan, Seung Hyun Kang, Pape Ndiaye and Luis Carlos Rodriguez each scored a goal for the Eagles.
Riverside Military (2-1-1, 1-0 Region 8-AA) travels to Franklin County at 5 p.m. Monday.

Lakeview Academy visits Fannin County at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.

RIVERSIDE 2, HEBRON CHRISTIAN ACADEMY 2 (TUESDAY): Eighty minutes of regulation and ten minutes of overtime were not enough to declare a winner on Tuesday in Dacula.

Clinton Hawkins scored both goals for Riverside, the first coming in the first half on an unassisted corner kick.

Hawkins scored the second goal off a penalty kick in the second half.

Keeper Victor Salcido recorded six saves in the game, with two coming late in the game to preserve the tie.
