Natalie Winters led all scorers with 14 points and Ashley Ellison chipped in 10 for the East Hall girls in a 52-40 win against West Hall on Saturday.

Tied 10-10 after the first quarter, East Hall outscored West Hall 11-2 in the second quarter.

Maia Booker scored 11 for West Hall (6-7, 1-3 Region 7-AAA), while Mia McKensey chipped in 10.

West Hall hosts North Hall on Tuesday in Oakwood.

NORTH HALL GIRLS 50, FANNIN COUNTY 40: Katie Sayres led the Lady Trojans (9-4, 3-1) with 14 points and Ansley Chester chipped in 10 on Saturday in Gainesville. Hope Cochran scored a game-high 20 for the Lady Rebels.

North Hall visits West Hall on Tuesday in Oakwood.

FLOWERY BRANCH GIRLS 54, LANIER 25: Marissa Ivey’s 12 points and Maddie Hetzel’s 10 led the Lady Falcons on Saturday in Sugar Hill. Flowery Branch connected on 24 of 45 field goal attempts (53 percent).

Flowery Branch visits Salem on Friday in Conyers.

FLOWERY BRANCH BOYS 52, LANIER 45 OT: Jamaad Stephens led the Falcons with 20 points, while Cody Dewing chipped in 13 on Saturday in Sugar Hill. Flowery Branch visits Salem on Friday in Conyers.

BUFORD GIRLS 74, WHITE COUNTY 28: Kaela Davis, Bree Horrocks and Kristina Nelson each scored 14 points for the Lady Wolves (9-3, 5-0 Region 7-AAA) on Saturday in Buford. Riley Slaton led White County with seven points.
Buford visits Dawson County at 6 p.m. on Tuesday in Dawsonville.

STEPHENS COUNTY GIRLS 54, LUMPKIN COUNTY 35: Morgan Wood scored a team-high 13 points for the Lady Indians on Saturday in Dahlonega. Charity Major scored a game-high 17 for Stephens County.

Lumpkin County visits Chestatee at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

PAIDEIA GIRLS 43, LAKEVIEW ACADEMY 31: Skyler Miller led the Lady Lions (6-7, 2-2 Region 8-A) with 11 points, while Taylor Handte added 10 on Saturday. Lakeview Academy hosts Tallulah Falls on Tuesday in Gainesville.

BANKS COUNTY BOYS 58, OGLETHORPE COUNTY 56: Gatlin Boswell led the Leopards with 20 points on Saturday in Homer. Zac Orr and Will Ledford each chipped in 10 for Banks County, which visits White County at 7:30 on Tuesday in Cleveland.

BANKS COUNTY GIRLS 82, OGLETHORPE COUNTY 23: Lauren Carter scored 15 points off of five 3-pointers and Kaitlyn Duncan added 15 points for Banks County (11-3) on Saturday in Homer.

McKenna Rylee tallied 10 points for the Lady Leopards, who travel to White County at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Cleveland.

FLOWERY BRANCH BOYS 58, HERITAGE 56 (FRIDAY): Nick Wayne led the Falcons with 19 points against Heritage on Friday in Conyers. Jamaad Stephens added 12, and Darius Curry scored 10.
