GAINESVILLE GIRLS 49, EAST HALL 43: Kayla Kelly and Shikiya Brown scored 12 points each to lead the Lady Elephants in non-region action Saturday, and Taylor Hawks pitched in 11.
Chelsea Dale paced the Lady Vikings with 14 points, and Jenny Edwards added 11.
East Hall (9-7) visits Franklin County in Region 7-AAA action Tuesday, and Gainesville (11-5) plays at Apalachee in Region 8-AAAAA play Friday.
LUMPKIN COUNTY BOYS 79, CHESTATEE 76 (2OT): Jack Howard’s 29 points paced the Indians to a non-region win Saturday, and he made a pair of free throws to push it to a three-point margin late in the second overtime.
Cal Thrailkill and Zach Pulley each added 12 points, with Matt Satterfield pitching in 10 for Lumpkin County.
Caleb Jameson led the War Eagles with 26 points, as Jordan Pulliam chipped in 16 and Hunter Creamer added 15.
Lumpkin County plays at Franklin County in Region 7-AAA play Friday.
CHESTATEE GIRLS 60, LUMPKIN COUNTY 40: Tyler Bennett paced the Lady War Eagles to a non-region win Saturday with 20 points and five rebounds.
Brooklyn Popham pitched in 16 points, and Dawndria Bell added seven.
Chestatee (10-7) hosts Monroe Area in Region 8-AAAA play at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
NORTH HALL BOYS 65, JEFFERSON 52: The Trojans outscored Jefferson 33-9 in the third quarter, erasing a 14-point halftime deficit en route to a win on Saturday at North Hall High.
Carson Heinen paced the Trojans (9-8) with 19 points, while Sam Jackson added 13. Brock Wingo contributed 11 points, including a pair of clutch 3-pointers. Kendrick Robinson led Jefferson with 16 points and Hunter Thompson had 11. North Hall travels to Madison County on Tuesday.
JEFFERSON GIRLS 49, NORTH HALL 47: Lauren Wagner paced the Lady Dragons with 13 points Saturday in a non-region contest.
Taylor Anne Kelley led the Lady Trojans with 14 points, and Sarah Hollifield chipped in 10.
North Hall (10-7) jumps back into Region 8-AAAA play at Madison County at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
MOUNTAIN VIEW BOYS 59, FLOWERY BRANCH 54: Hunter Konuszewski paced the Falcons with 18 points in a non-region loss Saturday, and John Mills added 15 points.
Flowery Branch (8-9) returns to Region 8-AAAAA action Tuesday at Winder-Barrow.
LAKEVIEW ACADEMY BOYS 59, GEORGE WALTON 58: Tre Gober poured in 22 points and five rebounds on Saturday in Loganville. With the game tied at 58-58, Gober hit the winning free throw with 7.5 seconds left on the clock. Tae Turner finished with 22 points, eight rebounds and six steals for the Lions. Lakeview Academy hosts Tallulah Falls at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
LAKEVIEW ACADEMY GIRLS 51, GEORGE WALTON 34: Halee Cash led the Lady Lions (9-6) with 12 points, while Hanna Grogan added 11 and Schyler Miller tallied 10 on Saturday at George Walton. Lakeview will host Tallulah Falls on Tuesday.
WHITE COUNTY BOYS 69, RIVERSIDE MILITARY ACADEMY 36: Zhenbin Liang paced the Eagles with 11 points in Friday’s loss. J.J. McCalston added eight points, and Griffin Sewell pitched in seven.
Riverside (4-7) hosts Greene County at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
BANKS COUNTY GIRLS 73, ELBERT COUNTY 52: Kaitlyn Duncan poured in 23 points to lead the Lady Leopards’ non-region triumph Saturday.
Jody Milford finished with 12 points, all on 3-pointers, and Paige Mathis chipped in 10 points for Banks County.
The Leopards (15-2) play at Towns County at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
ELBERT COUNTY BOYS 66, BANKS COUNTY 57: Zez Steeple had 22 points and four assists for the Leopards (14-3) on Saturday. Banks County visits Towns County on Tuesday in Hiawassee.
NORTH GEORGIA CHRISTIAN BOYS 73, HOLY GROUND CHRISTIAN 43: Norris Rettiger scored 17 points to pace the Chargers on Saturday in Carrollton.
