The Flowery Branch Lady Falcons stayed unbeaten with a 48-32 win over Gainesville on Tuesday in Flowery Branch.

Tavia Sykes led Flowery Branch (10-0) with 19 points, and Dani Lacko tallied 14.

The Lady Falcons return to action against East Hall in the Lanierland tournament semifinals at North Hall.

For Gainesville, Breanna Fair and Kayla Kelly each scored nine points. The Lady Red Elephants are now 2-4 and take on Lakeview Academy on Friday in the Lanierland consolation bracket.

FLOWERY BRANCH BOYS 59, GAINESVILLE 53: Jamaad Stephens scored 23 for the Falcons and Cody Dewing added 13 for the Falcons on Tuesday.

Gainesville was led by Shaquan Cantrell with 22 points.

The Red Elephants face North Hall at 8:30 p.m. Friday in the Lanierland Tournament, while Flowery Branch faces East Hall at 4 p.m. Thursday at Lanierland.

DAWSON COUNTY GIRLS 79, WHITE COUNTY 39: The Lady Tigers picked up an early region win by defeating rival White County on Tuesday in Dawsonville.

Sheyenne Seabolt had 21 points for Dawson County (8-1, 2-1) and Carly Gilreath scored 20.

The Lady Tigers play host to West Forsyth at 7 p.m. Thursday in Dawsonville.

DAWSON COUNTY BOYS 42, WHITE COUNTY 38: Gunnar Armstrong hit a 3-pointer in the final minute to tie the score en route to a win in Dawsonville.

Tyler Dominy added 10 points for the Tigers (9-0, 3-0), who face West Forsyth at 8:30 p.m. Thursday in Dawsonville.

For White County, Spencer Adams led the team with 19 points.

BANKS COUNTY GIRLS 65, OGLETHORPE 27: Lauren Carter led the Lady Leopards with 12 points, all on 3-point shots, on Tuesday in Lexington.

Abby Parks added 12 more for Banks County (8-1), and Taylor Kennedy had nine.

The Lady Leopards travel to Buford on Friday.

CHESTATEE GIRLS 53, LUMPKIN COUNTY 31: Maegan Kenimer had 12 points for Chestatee and Erin Clifford added 11 on Tuesday in Dahlonega.

Bridgette Kelly scored eight for the Lady War Eagles, who face North Hall on Thursday at the Lanierland Tournament at North Hall.

Dakota Sullens led Lumpkin County with 10 points.

CHESTATEE BOYS 86, LUMPKIN COUNTY 76: Jordan Degraff scored 21 points and Aaron Manders had 11 for Chestatee on Tuesday in Dahlonega.

Chestatee faces Lakeview Academy in the Lanierland tournament at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in Gainesville.

Jacob Haskell tallied 31 points for Lumpkin County and Jack Howard added 11 for the Indians who are now 3-8 overall.
