The Johnson High girls soccer team lost 1-0 to Alexander in the first round of the Class AAAA state tournament on Tuesday in Douglasville. Johnson ends the season with a 9-8-2 overall record and was 6-2 in Region 8-AAAA. NORTH PAULDING GIRLS 4, GAINESVILLE 1: The Lady Red Elephants got one goal on Tuesday in Dallas. With the loss, Gainesville ends the season 10-6-1 and 5-3 in region play.
