With less than five seconds left in the game, Saul Lopez scored for East Hall off of a pass from Jason Mendoza to secure a 1-0 win against East Jackson on Friday night to advance to the program’s first-ever region championship game. The win also allows East Hall to host their first-ever home state playoff game. East Hall hosts North Oconee at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday for the Region 8-AA Championship.
