Due to the expected winter storm, the Georgia High School Association has postponed the start of the state basketball state tournament to Wednesday, Feb. 19 for girls and Thursday, Feb. 20 for boys. The tournament was originally scheduled to begin Feb. 18 for girls and Feb. 19 for boys. The revision allows areas affected by the inclement weather additional time to complete region tournaments.
