Recent Flowery Branch graduate Austin Eckenroth has been selected by the Atlanta Track Club as the recipient of the Bruce Yohe Award for Field Event Performer of the Year in Georgia. Eckenroth, a two-time state champ, won the Region 8-AAAA and the Class AAAA state title in the pole vault this season, clearing an official height of 15 feet, 5.75 inches at state.
