After six years in Gainesville, Julie Rushing has decided to resign as head volleyball coach at Chestatee High School, according to a Hall County Schools press release. Rushing racked up three consecutive GHSA state tournament appearances in her six years at Chestatee, including the first berth in school history in 2012. The release said Chantelle Quintana will continue as head coach after working as assistant coach under Rushing.
