Maggie Roper led Buford with 21 kills, 19 digs and a pair of aces in a five-game, state-quarterfinals loss to Oconee County on Saturday in Watkinsville. After splitting the first four games, Oconee County prevailed in the fifth 15-13. The Lady Wolves opened with a 25-16 win, followed by 25-15 and 25-22 losses.
