East Hall continued its historic season with a first-ever trip to the Class AA state quarterfinals after a 7-4 win at Thomasville on Tuesday. The Vikings (14-3-1) will host Lovett at 6 p.m. on Friday. Julio Avila and Edgar Cerrano each scored twice, and Jorge Meza added three assists as East Hall scored three first-half goals to take a 3-1 lead at the half, erasing what was an early 1-0 Bulldogs advantage.
