Banks County head wrestling coach Kasey Hanley and Gainesville native Shane Haff will be honored by the Georgia chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame at a banquet at 3 p.m. on May 5 at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast in Norcross. Hanley, a former Jefferson High wrestler, was named the Georgia Coach of the Year after coaching his team to the first-ever state championship in any sport for Banks County High. Haff, who wrestled for North Hall High, is being honored as the Wrestling Official of the Year.
