Isaac Teasley won three events to lead the Riverside Military track and field team to a first-place finish with a final score of 199 on Thursday in the eight-team Berkmar Classic.
Teasley won the triple jump (43 feet, 6½ inches), the 400-meter dash (50.95 seconds) and the 200-meter dash (22.61 seconds) as the Eagles beat Class 7A Norcross, which finished in second place with a score of 103. South Cobb placed third with a score of 46.
ShinWang Moon placed first in pole vault (10 feet) for Riverside Military, while teammate Harry Kim had a first-place finish in the discus (135 feet). Also earning first for the Lions were Alfred Ebubechukwudimma in the shot put (45-01), James Seymour in the 800-meter race (2:04.29) and Jabari Depass in the high jump (5-10). Riverside Military’s 400-meter relay team won their race with a time of 43.08 seconds.
