High school soccer scoreboard: Chestatee girls roll to region victory

CHESTATEE GIRLS 5, WEST HALL 0: The shutout victory gave Chestatee a playoff berth in Tuesday’s win. Kyleigh Drew notched a brace (two goals) with two assists for Chestatee. Vanessa Camacho also found the back of the net twice and added an assist for the Lady War Eagles. Janice Martinez scored a goal for Chestatee. Genesis Reyes contributed an assist for the Lady War Eagles.

GAINESVILLE GIRLS 3, LAKEVIEW ACADEMY 2: Amayia Lukie, Symone Turner and Isabella Portes all contributed a goal for Gainesville. The Lady Red Elephants also secured a playoff spot as a No. 4 seed and will face the No. 1 seed on Tuesday, April 24, at a time to be determined.

EAST HALL BOYS 2, DAWSON COUNTY 1: Sergio Turcios scored two goals off assists from Geizi Barrientos and Carlos Pulid for the fourth-ranked Vikings in the Region 7-3A win. Oscar Rosas had 10 saves in goal for East Hall (12-2-2, 6-0 in Region 7-3A), which hosts its senor night against Northwest Whitfield at 7:30 p.m. on Friday in Gainesville.

DAWSON COUNTY GIRLS 10, EAST HALL 0: Chela Aviles had 12 saves in goal for East Hall.
