Maggie Griffin finished with a team-high 15 points to lead the East Hall girls to a 52-33 victory over Fannin County on Friday. Also for East Hall (9-14, 3-7 Region 7-3A), Ivey Shadburn scored 12 points, while Ashante Peoples added nine.
East Hall hosts Greater Atlanta Christian at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
BUFORD GIRLS 64, CEDAR SHOALS 41: Blair Wallis led the Lady Wolves with 16 points, followed by Tate Walters with 13. Buford girls are now 19-2, 8-0 Region 8-5A.
Today, Buford will host Wesleyan at 2:30 p.m.
LANIER CHRISTIAN ACADEMY GIRLS 53, OAKWOOD CHRISTIAN ACADEMY 43: Faith Wasden finished with 17 points, while Madison Hughes scored 13 for the Lady Lightning (13-8).
On Tuesday, Lanier Christian girls visit The King’s Academy for a 5:45 p.m. tipoff.
LANIER CHRISTIAN ACADEMY BOYS 74, CORNERSTONE PREP 62: Tommy Wandrum (five assists) and Trevin Last both led the Lightning (16-5) with 15 points each, while Alec Hughes had 13.

DAWSON COUNTY GIRLS 56, LUMPKIN COUNTY 53: Clemson signee, Kaylee Sticker finished with a team-high 20 points for the Lady Tigers (16-7, 7-3 Region 7-3A). Dawson County outscored the Indians 17-9 in the fourth quarter to come back from a five point deficit. Also for the Lady Tigers, Maddie Anglin scored 19 points, while Anna Lowe had eight.
Dawson County hosts Cherokee Bluff at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
GAINESVILLE BOYS 73, APALACHEE 62: Rafael Rubel finished with 23 points, while Brent Kelly scored 15 for the Red Elephants (15-8, 7-1 Region 8-6A).
Gainesville hosts Winder-Barrow at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
APALACHEE GIRLS 66, GAINESVILLE 49: Tia Shelton finished with 19 points followed by Tija Blackwell with 14 for the Lady Red Elephants (11-10, 3-5 Region 8-6A).

BANKS COUNTY BOYS 63, ELBERT COUNTY 51: Carl Cleveland finished with a 22 points, 10 board double-double to lead the Leopards (14-8, 9-2 Region 8-2A). Also with a double-double, Wes Ledford picked up 11 points and 11 boards, while Pierce Martin scored 19 points.
Banks County visits Oglethorpe at 7:30 p.m. today.
GREATER ATLANTA CHRISTIAN BOYS 96, CHEROKEE BLUFF 68: Griffin Neville led the Bears with 26 points and five assists, while Corey Thomas scored 11 points. Cherokee Bluff is now 14-9, 5-5 7-3A.
