Holden Cooper pitched a complete game and earned the win as the Lions ran past Athens Academy 17-4 in six innings. 

Sam Stewart led the way offensively, going a perfect 4 for 4 at the plate and knocking in three RBIs. Campbell Melson and Andrew Estes both went 3 for 5, batting in three runs each in the win. 

Lakeview Academy will be back in action next in a second-round playoff series starting on May 2 following the team's first-round bye.
