Georgia Tech junior guard Omoregie Uzzi was named to the 2011 Preseason All-Atlantic Coast Conference Team.

The 6-foot-3, 300-pound Yellow Jacket was a second team All-ACC selection in 2010 after helping the Yellow Jackets lead the nation in rushing offense.

Uzzi, a Lithonia native, was also recently named to the preseason watch list for the Outland Trophy, which goes to the most outstanding interior lineman in the country.
