ATLANTA — Strike another long losing streak off Duke's record. Anthony Boone threw for 123 yards and a touchdown, Josh Sneed rushed for 102 yards and a score, and the Blue Devils snapped a 10-year skid against Georgia Tech by knocking off the No. 22 Yellow Jackets 31-25 Saturday.
